Ancient Israel Writing Assignment

Ancient Israel Diary Assignment

Write an imaginary diary entry for a boy or a girl who might have lived in Canaan, Israel or Judah during the time period covered by the chapter.  The entry should cover one day.  It can be about an important event as seen through that boy or girl’s eyes, or it can be about daily life.  Give the entry a specific date.

Requirements:

  1. Diary Entry should be 1 page, typed, double-spaced with 12 point Times Roman font.
  2. Diary Entry should be shared with me via google.docs.  Title should include your name and a title for your diary.

The writing will be graded with 20 points for grammar and spelling and 20 points for the content.  Make sure that you give a specific date and describe your day accurately for the time period that you choose.  Have fun!
